Upon graduating, she was employed by the Department of Social Services in New Orleans. In 1951, she wed her beloved husband of 66 years, John LeGuluche. Her life was fulfilled with various other church activities such as Women’s Guild, Craft Class, and Church Volleyball.

Over the years as she raised her three children, she spent much of her time volunteering at Jefferson Playground. She was also a proud member of the Krewe of Isis carnival organization and the AARP. As a patriotic American and a New Orleanian to her core, June was an avid collector of stamps, coins, and Mardi Gras doubloons.
