Dear Cathy,
I knew you when you were born. I use to Babysit you. You were a beautiful little girl and grew into a beautiful adult. You always seemed upbeat. I will miss you with my whole heart. You were a special part of my life. Kurt, Andrew and Susan and Family will always be special too. Cathy's family were beautiful people too. We will all Miss you

Cathy was an inspiration to me. I greatly admired her courage in dealing with her illness. I found it incredible that she came to Chicago last year, right in the middle of her treatment. I am so glad she came, and we got together. My sympathies go to all her family and friends. Love, Gail

So sorry for your loss. I loved Cathy. She was a breath of fresh air in the film industry, always there for me when I needed her. Her calm, easy nature and positive attitude was a gift to us and she will be sorely missed.
