Carl G. Joseph passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Blakely, his son, Daniel, and his brother, John. He is survived by his children, Carol (Chuck), Michael (Mary) and Neil (Kim), and his grandchildren, Vicki (Garrett), Kelly, Jimi (Lori), Stephanie, Mark (Caitlin), Jason, Sara, Lauren, Jennifer (Joe), Brad, Kristi, and his great-grandchildren, Tula, Graham, Chloe, Max, Addison, Declan, Jacob, Brady, Olivia, and also survived by his siblings, Norma, Wyolene and Norman. Carl worked for Borden Dairy for over 33 years, and was a general contractor, building many homes in the Greater New Orleans area. He was a Teamster Union Representative, and had spent many years working and coaching in the Jefferson Parish Recreational Dept. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA and the visitation will begin at 11:00 am until service time.
