Yvonne Agnes Benavides

Yvonne Benavides passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Agnes Benavides. She is survived by her five loving children: Lee Ebright, Pam Baudoin (Jan), Karen Markwell, Scott Ebright (Norma), and Lisa Ebright; her five grandchildren: Jacques Baudoin (Jessica), Carly Ebright, Nicholas Ebright, Dillon Markwell, Kelsey Markwell; and six great grandchildren: Faith and Chance Bentel, Bronson and Beckham Baudoin, and Lily and Julia Markwell. She is also survived by her loving sister, Joan Higgins (late Dr. Glen Higgins) and her caring nieces: Jaime Kritz, Laurie Hesni, Holley Shea and Helaine Benjamin.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Garden of Memories Funeral Home & Cemetery, 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA 70001 on Tuesday, June 1, 2021. Visitation will begin at 9:30 am with a Catholic Mass at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park, 1225 Whitney Ave., Gretna, LA 70056. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, Louisiana Chapter with funds allocated to research at https://www.alz.org/louisiana.
