Robert W. Russell

Robert W. Russell passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at the age of 76. A native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Carriere, MS. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jesse and Lena Hickman; his parents, Earline and Lee Russell; his sister, Sally Russell; and his grandson, Reece. Robert is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 55 years, Kathryn T. Russell. He also leaves behind his children: Kimberly Fife (Paul), Heather Williams (James), Bobby Russell, Jr., and Stacey Mejia (Richard); his grandchildren: Emily, Devon, Jessica, Lauren, Maggie, Brooke, Casey, Ryan and Kelsey; great-grandchildren: Harper and Bailee; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Garden of Memories Funeral Home & Cemetery, 4900 Airline Drive Metairie, LA 70001 on Friday, July 1, 2022. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am with a service at 1:00 pm followed by burial. In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert's name may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
