Robert "Bob" J. Meisch Sr.

Robert “Bob” J. Meisch, Sr. passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at the age of 69. Bob was the beloved husband of 49 years to Catherine M. Meisch. Devoted father of Robert J. Meisch, Jr. (Dawn) and Joseph W. Meisch (Catherine). Loving grandfather of 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Bob is the son of the late Robert William Meisch and Elizabeth Mary Meisch. He is also survived by his siblings: Elizabeth Ann Keegan, Barbara Meisch, and William Meisch (Michael) and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Bob was a native of South Amboy, New Jersey and a resident of Destrehan, Louisiana. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1971-1974 and worked at Cytec Industries for 34 years until his retirement. He enjoyed woodworking and golf but he especially loved spending time with his family.
