Phyllis Braud Schiro passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017 at the age of 75. She was a native of Gramercy, LA and was a resident of Metairie, LA for over 45 years. Phyllis was born in Gonzales, LA to the late Clifton J. and Doris Duplessis Braud, the loving wife of Anthony C. Schiro for 53 years, mother of Helen Schiro Nardelle, grandmother of Blake A. Nardelle and Allison Nardelle, and the great-grandmother of Blake A. Nardelle, Jr., Gretchen Gallegos and Bryce Gallegos, sister of Leonard Braud and the late Ralph Braud. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA and the visitation will begin at 9:00 am until service time.
