Patricia Lee Hoffman

Patricia Lee Costa Hoffman passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, December 24, 2018 after a long battle with ALS. Beloved wife for 16 years to Kevin Hoffman. Loving mother of Ryan Costa (Jenna) and Hunter Hoffman. Grandmother of Logan and Hadley. Daughter of Gerri Costa, Sr. (Jerry) and Diane Carter (Terry, Sr.). Sister of Gerri Costa, Jr. (Kerry) and Cheryl Mahler (Douglas). Patty is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, step siblings, other relatives, and friends.
Patricia was actively involved in the ALS Association and was loved by her pALS & cALS. She had previously worked for Jackson Truck & Trailer and Abita Springs Water Co.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Saturday, December 29, 2018. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am with a service starting at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow in St. Charles Cemetery in Luling, LA.
