Patricia K. Dybas

Patricia Kucera Dybas passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at the age of 84. She is the beloved wife of 57 years to the late Paul Albert Dybas. She is survived by her 4 children: Kathleen Geneway (Gene), Linda Dennis (Steve), Paul S. Dybas, and Theresa Bavido (Robert); 9 grandchildren: Jamie, Mindy, Eugene, Genevay, and Kyle Dennis, Lori Wiggs, Christopher and Amanda Dybas, and Karlie and Alexa Bavido; and 5 great-grandchildren: Gia and Jett Genevay, Kyle Jr. and Katherine Dennis, and Camden Wiggs. Patricia is the sister of David Kucera (Margaret) and the late Stephen Kucera (Stephanie) and the aunt of 5 nephews: Kenneth, Scott, William, Gerrard, and Ricky.
Patricia was a native of New York and was a longtime resident of Mandeville, LA. She was a member of Mandeville Ladies Club and the Mandeville Lions Club. She enjoyed playing Bingo and gambling with family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Tharp Sontheimer Funeral Home, 1600 N. Causeway Blvd. Metairie, LA 70001 on Saturday, January 22, 2022. Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm with a service at 3:00 pm. Interment will be private at a later date in Louisiana War Vets Cemetery in Slidell, LA. Arrangements are under the care of Garden of Memories Funeral Home.
