Michael J. Pritchett II

Michael Joseph Pritchett II peacefully passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at the age of 44. He was born on May 26, 1978, to Michael Joseph Pritchett and Dale Mills Pritchett. He is survived by his sister, Jennifer “Jen” Lee Pritchett, and nephews, Randy Montegut II and Luke Montegut. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Warren Lee Mills & Doris Koenig Mills and Paul Eugene Pritchett, Sr. & Velma Tucker Pritchett. He attended Our Lady of Divine Providence Elementary School, Brother Martin High School, and graduated with an Associate Degree of Applied Science from River Parishes Community College. He worked as a professional picture framer for The Frame Shoppe for nearly 15 years. He was a skilled craftsman with a keen eye for detail. He enjoyed gathering with family and friends, playing music with his band the Great Southern Railway, watching Saints games, and having lively discussions with anyone.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70001. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am with a Mass starting at 12:00 noon.
