Michael W. Bell

Michael W. Bell, beloved husband, son, brother and uncle, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Julie Bertaut Bell and his nephew, Michael Aaron Coleman. He was predeceased by his parents, Margaret Anne Bell and Wiley K. Bell in addition to his sister, Anne B. Coleman. Mike was born in Jackson, MS and resided in Metaire, LA. He was an alumni of Ole Miss and came to New Orleans to work for the Department of the Interior. He retired as a geologist from the MMS Agency/Bureau of Ocean Energy (BOEM) after 35 years.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 1:00 PM in Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie. To access the gravesite, please follow the red arrows.
