Maurice S Bickmann

Maurice Stephen Bickmann passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at the age of 84. He was proceeded in death by his parents Leo Sidney Bickmann and Mabel Adoree Pearson and his loving wife Kathleen Sikes. He leaves behind his two beautiful children Shari Knowles (Jason) and Stephen Bickmann (Donna) along with four grandchildren Carli Knowles, Ava Knowles, Chad Bickmann, Meagan Bickmann, one great grandchild Taylor Matherne and his sister Linda Taylor. He worked at Walker Roemer Dairy and Union National Life Insurance and was also a part of the U.S. Naval Reserve- New Orleans and Waggaman Golden Age Club. The family would like to thank for his care: Ashton Manor Assisted Living and H.L. Haydel Memorial Hospice. There will be an 11:00 am Memorial Service on Saturday August 21 at First Baptist Church of Marrero followed by the interment at Garden of Memories Funeral Home and Cemetery, Chapel of Peace, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA. 70001. Due to state mandate, a face mask is required inside the church.
