Mary Ann Doskey peacefully entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at East Jefferson Hospital surrounded by her family.

Beloved wife of the late William John Doskey. Daughter of the late Liina Kiiskinen. Stepmother of Jan Doskey Aponte (Carlos), Step-grandmother of Kira Aponte Riches (Tommy), Carlos J. Aponte, Jr., Step-great-grandmother of Cole Thomas Riches.

Mary Ann was born in Michigan May 6, 1944 and moved to the New Orleans area in 1966. She worked for many years at Walgreens’ restaurant in Lakeside Mall until it closed then she went on to work until retirement at the Hilton in New Orleans and the Hilton Airport. She loved doing jigsaw puzzles on her computer and her many cats over the years.
