Marie Sanamo Dupont

Marie S. Dupont passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 6, 2018. She was the daughter of the late John Sanamo, Sr. and Bernadette Callais Sanamo. Marie is survived by her 6 children, Dudley J. Dupont, Jr. (Marsha), Terry L. Dupont (Gina), Donald R. Dupont (Christine), Richard C. Dupont (Janet), Linda D. Smith (Warren), and John W. Dupont (Lizanne); 25 Grandchildren, 38 Great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; and her siblings Delores Danos, Rose Gautreaux (Russel), Wesley Sanamo (Glenda). She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Dudley J. Dupont, Sr, and 3 of her siblings; Glorita, Jerry and John Sanamo, Jr.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend services on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am.
