Louis “Louie” Thomas D’Angelo

Louis “Louie” Thomas D’Angelo was born on August 29, 1939 and transitioned to his heavenly home surrounded by family and friends on September 9, 2021 at age 82. He was the son of the late Louis D’Angelo and Josephine Gagliano. He is survived by his wife Joann W. D’Angelo and three children and spouses. Dina D.Angelo and Drue B. Angelo. Timothy Louis D’Angelo and Melissa D.D’Angelo. Scott Michael D’Angelo. His granddaughter Sera Kate D’Angelo. His pet dog Sonny D’Angelo. Louie was born in Kenner ,Louisiana. He then resided in Harahan and eventually took up permanent residence in Marrero ,Louisiana. He served in the national guard reserve. He received his a bachelor of history degree at UNO. He was a State Farm agent for over 40yrs. His joy in life was making people laugh and loved playing the horses and golf. He was a very charitable man. He supported his church and had a special relationship with God. After a battle with cancer a very special thanks goes to hospice. Your family and friends will miss you dearly and we will all be reunited in heaven. A private ceremony will be held at St. Joachim church.
