Loretta Laure Hebert

Loretta Laure Hebert passed away at the age of 77 on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. Born January 12, 1941 to the late Joseph Clifford Hebert and Alice Anna Mildred Higgins Hebert. Companion of Terry Wayne Wages. Beloved mother of Donna Gilibert Reyes (John) and Dale “Chip” Gilibert (Michelle). Loving grandmother of Ryan and Austin Reyes. Sister of Margaret H. Breaud and the late Clifford, David, Norwood, Wilfred, and Frank Hebert. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Loretta was a resident of Jefferson, LA and a parishioner of St. Agnes Catholic Church. She was the co-owner of Hebert’s Academy of Dance and the Gym Spot Gymnastics Club. She retired from Dardis Couvillon & Associates. Loretta enjoyed bowling and was a past member of the Shady Ladies Marching Club. She touched the hearts of many people.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Visitation will be held from 9:00 am until Mass time at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Loretta’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org.
