Julia Eleanor (Ellie) Enright G’sell
June 5, 1938 – June 3, 2023

Ellie, age 84, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023. She was a resident of
Metairie, Louisiana where she lived with her late husband of 54 years, Henry F.
G’sell, JR. For her entire professional career she was an employee of Chevron Oil
Company where she worked in Human Resources. Ellie and Hank retired in 1992
and enjoyed traveling the country and entertaining friends and family at their
camp on the Jourdan River in Mississippi.
She was born in Monroe, LA to the late Julia Irma Stutson Enright and late
Clarence Edward Enright of Sicily Island, La.
She is survived by her three sons, David G’sell (Julie), Dan G’sell (Rosemary) and
Stephen G’sell; Grandchildren, Hunter G’sell (Desiree), DJ G’sell (Jordyn),
Madeleine G’sell, Cameron G’sell, Angie G’sell, Weston Holyoak, Corey Wainwright
and Christopher Wainwright (Jenn); One Great grandchild, Charlie (DJ and Jordyn).
Brothers Charles Enright (Jo Ann) and Leslie Enright (Rita) along with many nieces
and nephews and cousins.
She is pre deceased by her brothers Clarence Edward Enright, JR, James Enright
and Richard Enright.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Garden of Memories,
4900 Airline Dr, Metairie, La on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 9 am to 11 am with a brief
memorial service and inurnment in Garden of Memories Cemetery to follow.
