Joan Mayeaux passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at the age of 82. Beloved mother of Lisa Mayeaux, Monica Black, and Maria Janusa. Loving grandmother of Jamie (Ryan), Lindsay, and Joshua and great-grandmother of Mackenzie. Daughter of the late Placide and Angeline Thomas. Sister of Rosemary Lafaye (Bob), Louis Thomas (Paula), and the late Theresa Thomas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Dan Boyd for all the love and kindness he has given to our family.
