Janice Kimball

Janice Cyrus Kimball entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the age of 72, with her loving family at her side. She was born on October 10, 1945 to the late Norman C. Cyrus, Sr. and Beverly K. Cyrus. Sister of Norman C. Cyrus, Jr. Beloved wife of Peter Kimball for 53 years. She had a “Heart of Gold” and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Janice leaves behind three children Kenneth Kimball (Lisa), Derrick Kimball (Angelina), and Michael Kimball (Joyce); eight grandchildren Kayla, Dylan (Brigette), Ashley (Shandon), Lauren (Laura Leigh), Katie, Ryan (Halle), Alyssa, and Austin; as well as four great grandchildren. She was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Divine Providence Parish. She was past treasurer of the Farhad Groto Daraf.

Relatives, friends, and Entergy and Boe-Tel employees are invited to attend visitation on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Garden of Memories Funeral Home 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70001. A funeral mass will be held at the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. followed by interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
