Janet M. Lobue

Janet M. Lobue, 75 years young of Metairie, LA, went peacefully to her heavenly reward on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at her residence with her devoted husband by her side. Janet was born on August 20, 1946 in Metairie, LA. She was the daughter of the late John J. and Vera S. Matthew. She married Anthony Lobue on September 22, 1978, enjoying 43 years together. Janet was a cosmetologist for 44 years. She also leaves behind her sister, Barbara M. Stretz; two sons, , J.P. Clark and Jeffrey Clark; three stepchildren, Anthony S. Lobue, Robyn Tucker, Susan Del Monte; six grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at Agape Christian Fellowship Church, 3810 Power Blvd. in Metairie LA on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 11:30 AM. The service will begin at 12:00 noon. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
