Frances B Liberto

Frances Beulah Giglio Liberto passed away on January 19, 2023. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 15, 1923 to the late, Vincent Louis Giglio and Frances Beulah Campo Giglio. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vincent Liberto Jr. and her brother, Jon Giglio (Late, Dolores). From a young age, Frances was a homemaker. A natural born leader and caretaker, she had to drop out of school at a young age to care for her parents and siblings. A role she embraced so well she was later crowned Queen of her family by her children and Grandchildren. She spent many years loving and caring for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and even great-great grandchildren. Queen Matriarch of her beautiful family, Frances leaves behind to cherish her memory; her children Vincent Liberto, Jr (Late, Joann) and Emily Bertucci (Ronald), her grandchildren; Steven Liberto (Tammy), Dina Brunet (Craig), and Ronald Bertucci, Jr (Wendy), her great grandchildren; Colin Brunet (Jessica), Colby Brunet (Camille), Cooper Brunet, Austin Liberto (Rose), Alyssa Liberto, Madison Bertucci (Pat), Logan Bertucci (Megan), and Brody Bertucci, her great-great grandchildren; Croix, Creed, and Cyr Brunet and Ava Grace Rome, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Frances greatly enjoyed attending Sunday Mass with her family. In lieu of flowers, Masses in her honor would be appreciated.
Funeral Services will be held at Garden of Memories Funeral Home and Cemetery 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, Louisiana 70001 on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. Visitation hours will be from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm with Mass to begin at 1:30 pm.
