Emma Maude Billings

Emma M. Billings passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Jacobs and Maude H. Crawford. She is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Jack G. Billings; her son, Robert Billings (Teresa); her grandchildren, Peter Billings and Michelle Billings; her great-grandchild, Rosalia Billings; and numerous cousins. Emma worked at East Jefferson General Hospital for several years and was heavily involved in Mardi Gras. Visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2020 at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, Louisiana 70001. A funeral Mass will start at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow immediately thereafter in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
