Elizabeth Danna

Elizabeth Danna passed away peacefully on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 12:45 a.m. She joins her husband, Joseph J. Danna, and their daughter, Patricia A. Perilloux, as well as her son, Eddie N. Phillips, and her beloved granddaughter, Bobbilen C. Anderson. Elizabeth was 93 years old. She was born in Boulder, Colorado and resided in Metairie, Louisiana. Elizabeth is survived by five children: Joseph J. Danna Jr. (Colleen), Perry J. Danna, Lynnrose D. Cade (Robert), Christine D. Carroll and Maria D. Knox (Kevin). She leaves behind 17 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren. Elizabeth loved to bake homemade pralines, peanut butter cookies and fudge. She was kindhearted, loved dogs, and loved being around her family. She will be forever missed. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, Louisiana 70001, on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will follow the visitation at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow immediately thereafter in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
