Earlyn and Tyrone married in 1978. This union welcomed their daughter Valencia A. Humbles.
Earlyn had a rich and long Christian history. At an early age, Earlyn found her love of God. She was baptized and married at Pilgrim Progress Missionary Baptist Church by the late Reverend John Francis. It was also here, at Pilgrim, where she began her love of music as a soloist as well as a flautist. Earlyn continued her walk with the Lord joining the Apostolic Outreach Center in the early-1980s where she continued her artistry as a soloist and flautist. At her death, Earlyn was a dedicated member of Camiellia House (Slidell, LA).
Earlyn was strong in her faith, family, and friends. She was always open-hearted. Her love for people started her on her journey in the healthcare field. Earlyn worked in transportation, palliative care and later became a bereavement coordinator. Earlyn was a generous and loving individual who never met a stranger. She was passionate about her family, education, music, and, most importantly, a praise worshiper.
