Doris Ragusa Baudier passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at the age of 86. She was the devoted wife of J. Ralph Baudier, Jr. for 65 years. Loving mother of Joey Baudier, III (Marilyn), David Baudier (Christine), and the late Michael Baudier. Beloved grandmother of Joseph Baudier, IV, Nicholas Roche, and Megan Baudier and great-grandmother of Kaley and Morgan Roche. She was the daughter of the late Edna and Samuel Ragusa, Sr. Adored sister of Samuel Ragusa, Jr. (Lorie) and the late Joyce Brumfield (Leon). Doris is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A longtime resident of Metairie, LA, Doris enjoyed life and was a devoted wife and mother. She worked as an accountant for many years until her retirement in 1986. She enjoyed participating in her Bridge club and especially loved traveling with her husband to Europe and all over the United States. She will be dearly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Garden of Memories Funeral Home & Cemetery, 4900 Airline Drive Metairie, LA 70001 on Saturday, June 18, 2022. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am with a Mass starting at 1:00 pm followed by burial.
