David L. Steinkamp, age 26, died on Wednesday, October 4th, 2017 at home in Bucktown. Beloved grandson of Lawrance H. Steinkamp and Judy G. Steinkamp. Son of Ronald J. Konrick and Charleen A. Steinkamp-Konrick. Brother of Marie, Robin, and Jodie Steinkamp and Tabitha Vinet. Uncle of Marcella, Hunter, and Liam. Nephew of Lawreen and Robert Sears, Marleen Hafer Jureen and Jason Oddo. David worked as a plumber for many years. He was last with Barthelemy's Plumbing. David enjoyed spending time tinkering with his truck and hanging out with friends. David's visitation will be held at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie LA, 70001 on Saturday, October 14, 2017 for the family from 10:00 am until 10:30am and friends from 10:30 until the Funeral Service at 12:00 noon.
