Cynthia "Cyndi" DiZinno

Cynthia L. DiZinno, known to all as Cyndi, was called home by our Savior on Friday, November 16, 2018 at the age of 67. Preceded in death by her parents, John and June DiZinno. She is survived by her brothers, David DiZinno (Karen) and Gordon DiZinno (Kathy). Beloved Aunt Cyndi to John (Amanda), Eric (Erin), Lori, Drew, and Calvin DiZinno and Jenny St. Pierre (Paul). Great Aunt to Julia and Meredith Galliano, Hayden, Anna, Sophie, Liam, Isabelle, Colin, Reid, and Anthony DiZinno and Grant St. Pierre. Cyndi was born in Pittsburgh, PA, but lived most of her life as a resident of Metairie. She was an RN for 46 years and enjoyed taking the best of care of all her patients and their families. Cyndi was also a long time season ticket holder of the Saints and tremendous fan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 beginning at 11:30 AM at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie. A Memorial Mass will follow at 1:00 PM. Interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
