Charli, to summarize the impact you’ve made on everyone in your life is impossible.  
Punkie, to put any of these emotions into words would be insurmountable. 
Charli Brown, moving on in life without you is inconceivable.  
My baby, the love we have for you is immeasurable.  
Charlotte Marie Pier was sent to earth to teach everyone who met her how to love.  Her joyful ways have united so many people, and her smile and laughter brought sunshine to any cloudy day.  She reminded us to take pleasure in the simple things in life, for ultimately they are the moments you will cherish.  Take a walk.  Check the mail.  Feed the birds.  Play hide and seek.  Sing a song.  Watch cartoons in Maw Maw's bed.  Say a prayer.  
You will be missed dearly by all, especially your sissy finger, Victoria Regueira, your baby finger, Chase Pier, your mommy finger, Jennifer Blanchard, and your daddy finger, Gregory Pier.  You gave your Papa, Joeray Spencer, a reason to move forward past his bout with cancer.  You gave your Grammy, Frances Perez, everything she didn’t know she was missing.  You gave your Maw Maw, Linda Blanchard, a life filled with love that was pure joy to witness.   You gave your Paw Paw and MeMe, Philip and Lynn Pier, their long awaited first grand daughter.  You gave Great Maw Maw, Marie Perez, many fond memories filled with life and laughter.  
They say that people who build a strong ship aren’t concerned with the seas, but baby these waves are testing our vessel.  We’ve run out of gas and lost our anchor, but are still floating… drifting into the unknown.  We know these waters will eventually be calmer, but right now they are putting marks on this ship that will last generations.  
May the sun forever shine through your window.  May the birds forever bless your ledge.  May The Lord take you under his wing.  May we all someday walk hand in hand again.   We love you baby.
Services will be held at St. Genevieve Church, 58203 Hwy. 433 in Slidell, LA on Friday, August 25, 2017 with visitation beginning at 9:15 am, a Rosary at 10:00 am, Words of Remembrance at 10:30 am and a Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4900 Airline Drive in Metairie, LA immediately following mass.
