Charles R. O’Neal passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017. He is survived by his wife Maureen and his five children, 5 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Charles worked for South Central Bell and AT&T for over twenty years, and was a free mason for over thirty years. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Lacombe, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Graveside Service on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 10:00 am in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA.
