Barbara Ann Crane

Barbara A. Crane passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018 at the age of 73. She was born on August 20, 1945 to Gordon Crane and Dorothy St. Pierre Crane.  Loving sister of Laura Lee Crane Fairchild (Preston). Aunt of Alvin Langsford Jr, Brian Langsford (Lisa), Karen Langsford Lima, and Preston Fairchild, III (Dawn). Beloved grand aunt of Brandi Espinosa (Anthony) in addition to 15 grand nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and nephews.  
Barbara was a teacher at St.Rose of Lima School in the late '60s to mid-'70s. She was a member of the Kenner Police Dept, being one of their first female officers from the late '70s until early '80s. "Baw-Baw", as she was called by those who loved her, will be fondly and sadly missed.
A requiem Mass will be offered on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at 12:30 pm at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 2552 Kentucky Ave. in Kenner.
Interment was private in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
