Argelia Fino

Mrs. Argelia Fino entered into eternal rest in peace. Loving Mother of Dilma Mejia, Gladys Alegria, Olga Carias, Raymundo Jr, Luis Alonso, and Cesar Fino. Mother-in-law of Pablo Mejia, Luis Alegria, Jesus Carias, Maria, Juanita, and Brenda Fino. Preceded in death by her husband Raymundo Fino, one brother and two sisters, and a grandchild. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 1 sister and 1 brother, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Fino was a housewife, worked for a few years, she was a parishioner of St. Theresa de Avila Catholic Church and will be loved and deeply missed by all who knew her. Aged 96 years, a native Catacama, Honduras and a resident of New Orleans, Louisiana for the past 50 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a visitation starting at 9:00 am followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 am at Garden of Memories Funeral Home 4900 Airline Drive Metairie, LA 70001. Interment will immediately follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to gather at the house of Raymundo and Maria Fino, 1725 Lake Maurepas Drive, Harvey, LA 70058 after the services.
