Alphonse J McCarron

Alphonse Joseph “Jay” McCarron, III passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the age of 73. He was the devoted husband of Patricia Accomando McCarron for 46 years. He was the father of Shaun Christian McCarron and father-in-law of Lindsay McCarron. He was the son of the late May Louise Foret and Alphonse Joseph McCarron, Jr. He is also survived by his sister, Linda McCarron Moore, four nieces, one nephew, four great-nieces, one great-nephew and one great-great nephew. Jay was a seaman and a true entrepreneur at heart owning Jay’s Auto Parts and also developing and franchising Mitey Muffler.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Service on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 10:30 am at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Dr. in Metairie, LA (504) 833-3786. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am. Interment will be in the Chapel of Eternal Faith located in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
