Myles "Brad" Bradford Steib

Myles “Brad” Bradford Steib passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at the age of 65. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late, George F. Steib, and the late, Thena Marie Steib.

Brad was raised in the Gentilly New Orleans area. He was a graduate of Brother Martin High School, Southeastern Louisiana University and Loyola Law School. Brad practiced law in Metairie, Louisiana from 1993 until October of 2023. After his retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his dog, Fox, and his immediate family.

Brad was known for his passion in sports. He was a talented basketball player and an avid golf and tennis player.

Brad is survived by his former wife and dear friend Susy Garcia Steib, their two children, Christian G. Steib and Gabrielle V.M. Steib. He is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Brad’s long-time friend, Nathan Hassel for his help and care during this difficult time.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Friday, March 29, 2024, at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, Louisiana 70001. Visitation will be held from 11am to 2pm, with a service starting at 2pm. Interment will be immediately thereafter.
