Sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved one. Death is always difficult. Please draw comfort from the words found at 1 Corinthians 15:26 which says: And the last enemy death, is to be brought to nothing." And Hosea 13:14 says: From the power of the Grave I will redeem them; From death I will recover them. Where are your stings, O Death? What wonderful promises from a God who cannot lie.

I was sad to hear of Mr. Louis' passing. He was a great gift in my life, introducing me to the joy of playing music and encouraging me to connect that with my relationship to God. I could never repay what he gave me. I wish I could have been there yesterday, my prayers will be with you.

I lost a good friend for hum I will never forget, if it wasn't for him I don't know
what I would have done. We bounce things of each other, its hard to explain but for the last
year & a half of us taking my wife to movie's golden coral rest & silver slipper I don't know how I could have done it with out him having lunch 3 or 4 times a week
I will never be able to replace him, at my advance age it hard to find any like him
An he has impacted so many people In goods ways, he will be membered many missed for years

He was ever so humble and an awesome individual. Louis was intensely a self-sacrificing individual. His gift: music. His love: kindness and understanding with the people in his life. He was a very hard worker with an undying patience in spreading a love for music. His passing is our loss, but heaven's gain.

Mr. Louie helped start me in music way back at St. Angela in 5th grade. His gentle push to play as part of the Mass has given me the ability to get past the butterflies of performing which has helped me not only in music but in all other aspects of life where you need to put yourself out there. I'm still playing. What a great gift to all of us!

Louis was a very kind, humble, and religious person who was an outstanding music director at St. Philip Neri the past 28 years that we have been in the parish. His skill with Catholic religious music was especially evident during the Easter and Christmas Masses. Louis is a saint because of the loving spirit with which he carried out his chosen profession. Now he joins the heavenly choir in praise of our heavenly Father.

May you rest in peace and enjoy your new job as choir director of the angles in heaven.
Thank you for the beautiful job you did for Mom's funeral mass.

Louis was one the most remarkable people I've ever had the privilege of getting to know. Aside from his musical passion and talent, he was a mentor, friend, confidant, counselor, teacher, and truly saved my life. One of the brightest souls has passed , but the warmth of his spirit will live on through us.

For some odd reason, Mr. Louis was my biggest fan and not to anyone's surprise, I was his biggest fan as well. I will miss performing with him dearly, but Heaven gained one heck of an organist.

Your brother will be remember with fond memories. He always enjoyed jazzing up the music he played at St. Philip Neri. Our daughters, both, sang in his Youth Choir. We are glad to have known such a terrific talent. The angels in Heaven will have another talent to sing their voices to.
