Louis E. Dupuy passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 31, 2017. He was preceded on death by his parents Glaston A. Dupuy and Josephine Sacco Dupuy. He is survived by his brothers, Gaston A. Dupuy (Cathy) and Edward P. Dupuy, Sr. (Judy) and his nieces and nephews, Edward P. Dupuy, Jr., Lisa Umbach, Tammy Dupuy and Gaston A. Dupuy, III. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of Metairie, LA. He was an active member in St. Philip Neri Catholic Church and served as band and church choir director and was working at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Kenner, LA. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA and the visitation will be begin at 9:00 am until service time. Interment will be at a later date. Online condolences may be offered at www.gardenofmemoriesmetairie.com. In lieu of flowers, masses are preferred.
