On October 16, 2017 our loving Ethel Spencer 99, entered internal heaven. Ethel was the wife of Jefferson Parish's first Parish President, Charles W. Spencer. She loved her home in Bay St. Louis Mississippi as well as gardening and her pets. Survived by her daughter Charlene Misuraca (Frank), 2 grandchildren Frank Misuraca Jr. (Kristen), Marc Misuraca (Jessica). Also 3 great grandchildren Mason Belle, Ava Misuraca and Marc Misuraca Jr. (Spencer). Preceded by her parents Lawrence Stein and Lillian Nienaber Stein. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the local SPCA.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service Monday October 23, 2017 at 12:00pm with visitation beginning at 10:00am, at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA. Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
