Donna Gayle Fletcher Santangelo passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the age of 60. She was preceded in death by her mother, Melba Dean Owers Fletcher and her brother, Timothy Dean Fletcher. She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Vincent J. Santangelo, Jr., her sons, Derek J. Fritche and his wife, Caitlin, Vincent J. Santangelo,III and his wife Christy, her daughters, Heidi Doucet and husband Jay and Hollie Santangelo, her grandchildren, Russell, Allysa, Gianna, Gavin, Jett, Jarrod and Amber, also survived by her father, Raymond J. Fletcher, Sr., her sisters, Roxanne Zogg and her husband Paul, Bridget Fletcher and her brother, Raymond J. Fletcher, Jr. , and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Donna was known for her wit, her wisdom and her council. There is a hole in our heart that can never be replaced. She is already sorely missed. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA and the visitation will begin at 9:00 am until service time.
